We are a small family company that set up in 2007. We feel that you get the best of both worlds with us. Our prices are more competitive than other companies but because we are small and only take on limited amounts of work, it means we are flexible enough to cope with your needs for your special day. My daughter and I have been doing craft work since Katrina was a little girl and have always loved making things together. Now that Katrina is an adult it is a very proud moment for me that we are now able to work together doing something we both enjoy. My lovely mum and Katrina's Grandma, Freda is also involved as she provides us with a lot of our poems. Because the scrolls we create are personalised with names and birth dates, it is not possible to offer refunds. However, in the unlikely event that you should receive a scroll that is displaying a spelling mistake on our part please contact us before returning it. In this instance, you may request a replacement scroll or a full refund. If however the poem was your own sent to me and the spelling is a mistake on your part a refund will not be given. If you are sending me your own poem please always check and read it before sending as I use the copy and paste method when making your scroll. Also understand that if we use your own poem we may have to re size your font in order to fit your wording onto a scroll. This depends on the length of your poem or message. Thank you.

Where a refund is available and applied (as above) we strongly recommend that you return items via Royal mail recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for un-delivered returns. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned items.

All credit/debit card payments are processed securely by Paypal- you don't need a Paypal account to make a credit or debit card payment.
